Return and Refund Policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ONLINE PURCHASES

You may return or exchange items purchased online within seven days of receiving them. All return or exchange items must be unused, in their original condition, and with product tags attached. Items will not be accepted if they have been used, washed, damaged or altered in any way.

Exchanging for a different size is based on stock availability. If available, we can reserve stock for you, and ship the item as soon as we receive the returned original item.

Exchanging for another style is also possible. Please return the item and let us know what product you would like to exchange. The cost difference will be calculated.

Alternatively, returns or exchanges (based on stock availability) of online orders may be done at our stores within seven days of receiving your purchase.

THE PROCEDURES

Place the item(s) in the original shipping box

Complete the Returns Form and place it in the box together with the original invoice.

Remove all other labels from the outside of the box and seal the parcel securely.

Send the item(s) you like to return or to exchange to: Shop L319A, Eslite Spetrum TST, 3/F, Star House, 3 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.

The delivery cost would be born by the customer.

Please retain your Shipping Note until you have received your exchanged item(s).
RETURN OF FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

All items undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for faults and damage before they are sent to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately by emailing our customer care team info@amdacious.com. Please state your name, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise you on the procedures.

Please ensure that all garment tags remain attached, as removal will call into question whether the item was actually used and damaged at that time.

We will, where possible, offer to repair the item. If this is not possible, or not what you prefer, we will issue a replacement or refund.

We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it has been returned to us and has been confirmed as faulty.
RECEIVING A REFUND

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.

On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
